a. Aoyama Sake Flea x “Craft Chocolate Festival” Pairing BAR
Our first attempt to co-host Craft Chocolate Festival 02, where Bean-
to-bar chocolatiers gather from across Japan!
Pairings were developed and supervised by Marie Chiba, manager of
GEM by Moto. Marie, along with Sake Flea team members, tasted the
chocolate to be featured at Craft Chocolate Festival and fashioned the
pairings. We propose 6 different pairings at the event. Please come
and find out!
