Liverとは良い生活の探求者。
良い生き方、趣味性のある生き方、粋な生き方などを世界中から集まった家具、デザイン、クラフト、アート、音楽、ドリンク、食を通して探求していく新たなコンセプトマーケットです。
2015年12月から始まったNordic Lifestyle Marketでは、豊かな暮らしの探求ということで全8回開催し、2016年4月から始まったTokyo Craft Marketでは、日本のクラフトやものづくりからアート、デザインなどを探求してきました。これらを統合し、毎回「良い生活」を毎回掘り起こし発酵させていきます。
このマーケットにきてくれた人が自分のちょうど「良い」暮らしをモノやコトを通して感じられる空間を体験し実践することで、良い生活を探求するLiverを増やしていければと思います。

【CONTENT 01：Craft Cafe】
作家さんが作った器で食事を体験する「Craft Cafe」ワークショップを開催します。オーガニックや新鮮な食材を選ぶという習慣が浸透してきて、「どういった状況で」「誰と」「どんなものを使って」食事をするかということに注目が集まっています。
今回はLiver – Nordic lifestyle & Craft -に参加してくれている陶器作家さんのプロダクトやテーブルやチェアを中心にそんな空間を作り、美味しい食事をしながら料理や器などのクラフトの話や遠く離れた北欧のライフスタイルなどの話をする体験型のワークショップになります。ワークショップで使ったお皿などはお買い求めいただけます。
当日のメニューは、Liver – Nordic lifestyle & Craft -と同時開催しているファーマーズマーケットの出店者さんのフルーツを使ったフルーツサンドと、食事のシーン合わせたコーヒーをStockholm Roast Tokyoの加藤渉が提案していきます。

カナダ人の父、日本人の母を持つ。作詞作曲を行い、ノスタルジックなメロディと浮遊感のある声で独自の世界観を確立した。小田急電鉄のCM、映画「海街diary」TBSドラマ「私を離さないで」の劇中歌で歌唱を担当するなど、活動の幅を広げている。2016年4月からアイスランドに2ヶ月滞在し、音、絵、写真で記録した作品を同年7月に中目黒ギャラリーにて展示、アイスランドバンドmumのGunnar Tynesと共に作ったアルバム「at the seabed」を発表。現在は自身のアルバム制作を行いながら、東京を中心にライブを行っている。

A “liver” is someone who seeks a good life.
This is a new kind of market that seeks a good, interesting, stylish way of living through furniture, design, craft, art, music, drink and food from all over the world. The market began as the “Nordic Lifestyle Market” in December 2015, running for eight
seasons in search of a plentiful life.
Then “Tokyo Craft Market” began in April 2016 gathering Japanese craft, art and design. Bringing these two two together, this time we ask what is a “good life”. We
create a place where people can find what “good” living truly is and hope to gather
more “livers”.

【CONTENT 01：Craft Cafe】
In the Craft Cafe, enjoy good food on our craftsmanʼs dishes. Choosing organic and fresh foods has become a norm, but we want to focus more on the atmosphere, the person you share your meal with, the things you have your meal on.
The cafe features pottery works, tables, chairs by makers vending at the event and pairs them with delicious food, and conversations on cuisine, tableware and craft, and Scandinavian lifestyle. And of course, you can purchase the plates that are used. The menu for the event will feature fruits sandwiches made with fruits from the Farmers Market and coffee brewed by Wataru Kato from Stockholm Roast Tokyo.

This 72-page issue will look at the ideas and mind of Nordic entrepreneurs through interviews with 15 creators working in FOOD, STYLE and IDEA. On sale for ¥1000 (tax included).

LIVE｜Julia Shortreed｜3/24（Sat）15:30～
Canadian-Japanese, Julia Shorted writes her own lyrics and composes her own music and is characterised by her nostalgic melodies and ambient voice. She has worked on the soundtracks of Odakyu Subwayʼs commercials, the film “Nankai diary” and the TBS television drama “Donʼt Leave Me”. She lived in Ireland for two months from April 2016, and in July exhibited the sounds, images and photos she collected in a gallery in Nakameguro. There she also presented the album “at the seabed”, a collaboration with Gunnar Tynes of the Irish band “mum”. Currently she works on her own albums, and performs live around Tokyo.
